If you are located outside of the USA and are interested in a shipping quote you can receive one by E-mailing us at Orders@exoticwoods.com or you can call us at ( Country Code 001 ) 856-728-5555 or if you prefer you can use our web site’s submission form. Please remember to include the products that you would like a quote on so we can take an estimated weight of the products, and most importantly wood type ‘ if ‘ purchasing any wood materials as weight of woods throughout different species varies. If possible item # and quantity is sufficient. If you prefer a certain carrier below is a list of carriers you may choose from, otherwise we will select the carrier that will provide the best price.

USA Continental Shipping
We offer flat rate “price oriented” shipping costs for customers within the continental US Only. Our default method of shipping inside the Continental US is sent by UPS ground “standard” shipping. If you are interested in a faster or different method of shipping then please call or include a note at the bottom during your checkout process in the customer’s notes with the type of shipping method you prefer. More methods other than standard are listed below. We will lcontact you upon request with your shipping quote and or tracking number via E-mail or telephone. Upon shipping will fly over night and arrive at it’s destination by 8:00 A.M. the following day “UPS Guarantee”

Guaranteed two-days between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
Upon shipping will travel by air for 2 days, and arrive at it’s destination between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. on the second day “UPS Guaranteed”

Our standard method of shipping, in many cases this is the best choice for shipping and generally arrives in good time, unless under time constraints we suggest UPS Ground be your shipping method for best shipping prices.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
Here at Exotic Woods we value our products, and most importantly our customers. After packages leave our warehouse we cannot assume responsibility of how the package is handled and or delivered, It is the duty of the carrier to handle it’s packages with reasonable care. We try our best to package anything we send out in the assumption that it will have a bumpy ride, and use adequate protection. In the case that a package has been damaged, delayed, or possibly lost please contact us as soon as possible so we may work with you and directly work with our carriers to gather information as well as find a solution to the customer’s issue, the end result will always be that we make sure you receive your product.
